Cancellation Timeline

Cancellations must be made in writing via email. The following cancellation fees apply:

• More than 30 days before departure: 10% of total package cost
• 15-30 days before departure: 25% of total package cost
• 7-14 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
• Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of total package cost

No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your booked tour without prior cancellation, the full package cost will be charged.

Force Majeure

In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), we reserve the right to modify or cancel tours. In such cases, we will offer rescheduling or refund options based on the situation.
